ARC begins with a phone interview assessment where a care professional will help you determine the needs of your loved one. A home visit is then scheduled with one of our registered nurses to discuss level of care and rates. Once the formal care assessment is established, an agreement for services and contract is signed and a caregiver is ready to be placed in your loved ones home.
ARC accepts check, credit card and any long-term health insurance.
Yes. ARC is bonded, insured and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Yes. ARC's goal is to establish a long-term caregiving relationship with your loved one. We understand how important it is for your loved one to feel comfortable so we provide as much consistency as possible.
Because ARC is a non-medical homecare agency, we do not assist with medications but can help with medication reminders. If you would like assistance with medications, you may request to have an ARC nurse provide home visits for medication assistance once there is a plan of care established.
Yes. You can change the number or type of service we provide your loved one whenever it is necessary. We pride ourselves in providing quality care. However, if you are not satisfied with our services you can always terminate our care services with no additional fees.
Several factors help determine the exact cost. Number of hours of care per week and level of services received. Our home care services are typically billed on an hourly basis. This makes it easy to make a custom care plan for you. To discuss exact rates for the services you may need, contact our office for an assessment.
Yes. Services are available for visits as little as 2 hours, a visit up to 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Yes. ARC Homecare can provide companionship or personal care to residents in assisted living communities and nursing homes who may desire additional attention or personalized care.
